Mind Body Resolve is a Holistic- Lifestyle Driven Mental Wellbeing Service with Emotional Wellness Programs, Nutritional Guidance and Fitness Regimes to solve the daily stressor of individuals. We provide solutions that impact the individual’s lifestyle, thereby achieving a greater sense of mental resilience in the shortest period of time.

Head of Operations

Holding 15 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy I believe Holistic Wellness can be attained only when one is willing to work on their micro and macro levels of emotional healing. I have joined MBR to destigmatize mental health issues to build a healthier and safer society.

IIM K Adjunct Faculty, Founder: MeMetMe
Nuthan is an IIM K Adjunct Faculty and TEDx speaker.
She specialises in doing corporate wellbeing audits and creates customised interactive workshops. She also trains the trainers and conducts follow up sessions to ensure effective enforcement and practice of the solutions.
